Cay Creek Wetlands Park offers an experience that takes
you through various natural habitats from the uplands of the outer Coastal Plain to the marshes
surrounding a tidal creek.
The beautiful setting also makes it a good place for reflection, art, journaling, observation, poetry,
reading, and birding.
Look closely and you will notice the differences in the plant and animal life as it changes from fresh water to brackish waters. Birders are welcome to enjoy the 15 foot tower in the Wetlands.
