Reservation Policy

Please read these policies and guidelines in its entirety. If you have any questions, please ask before confirming your reservation. We want you to enjoy a worry-free vacation, and we strive to make that happen for you. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. If you wish to pay by cash or check a 5% discount will be offered.

Standard Rates

Room rates are based on a double occupancy (2 people). Rates are subject to change without notice. A 50% deposit is required for all reservations. The balance is due upon arrival. Minimum stay requirements due to holidays and special events may be in effect. Quoted rates do not include state and local tax of 12% (7% state and 5% local).

Cancellations

The Blue Heron Inn is a small property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. We do not overbook. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 15 (fifteen) days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than 15 (fifteen) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made. Our cancellation policy is15 days prior to arrival, however, we do maintain a 90-day cancellation period for holidays, special events packages, weddings and when reserving the entire inn. All cancellations will be charged a $25 service fee per reserved room.
Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests.

Check-in: 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call so that we will be sure to alter our schedule (if possible) and be here to greet you.
Check-out: 11:00 AM.
No smoking

Unclaimed Accommodations, Non-Arrivals, No-Shows

Full charge for the entire reservation will be charged to the reservation credit card for unclaimed accommodations, non-arrivals and no-show on the dates of the confirmed reservation
