A full breakfast is served each morning. Monday-Friday breakfast begins as early as seven-fifteen in order to accommodate our guests catching the Sapelo ferry. Saturday and Sunday breakfast begins at Seven-forty-five. Breakfast is served until Nine AM. Our breakfast menu varies with an offering of a different delectable dish each day. Vegetables, herbs and garnishments are picked fresh from the garden each morning. Every breakfast begins with fresh fruit. Some of our guests’ favorite dishes include Lime French Toast, Ginger Bread Belgian Waffles, Fresh Vegetable Omelets, Shrimp Omelets and Eggs McIntosh (think eggs Benedict with a twist) and Sweet Potato Pancakes.
We prepare for special diets including gluten free, low salt, low carb. Be sure to advise us of specific food allergies. Please share any dietary concerns several days before your arrival.
