"Jan and Bill always make us feel right at home. Great location, amazing views, fantastic breakfast, and you immediately feel like family! We love taking the bikes that Jan and Bill provide and riding through the beautiful scenery. In Darien there is so much history and small town feel. If you stop in once, you will go back!"

"We had a great stay at the Blue Heron Inn. Bill and Jan were wonderful hosts. They had everything taken care of, from the wine upon check in, to the great restaurant recommendations, and a beautiful view from the mermaid room. Breakfast was great, couldn't have asked for a better experience. We even learned about all the birding in the area. Will be back soon!"

"Beautiful B&B. Our room was upstairs, with a great view of the marsh from our balcony. We were invited to be part of their July 4th BBQ festivities. Met several neighbors and [we were] welcomed as friends, not just as B&B guests. Loved walking around the grounds, learning about Bill's exotic plants. Used the B&B bikes to explore the area. Delicious breakfasts. Bill and Jan are amazing hosts! Will be back!"
